- What does it take from me, week to week?
- A one-hour working session with me each week, plus async check-ins in between. Beyond that, it depends on how fast you want to move.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- Not usually — it depends on the engagement, and you’ll know the shape before you commit to anything. The bigger risk isn’t a contract, it’s week one: changing how your business runs feels uncomfortable, and that’s exactly where owners are most tempted to quit. Expect it, and push through it.
