Meet Rengie
Hi, I’m Rengie.
From corporate consultant to small business problem-solver. For almost three decades I’ve been clearing the road between businesses and their growth — now I do it for the owners who need it most.

The story
From Fortune 500 boardrooms to Main Street.
For almost three decades, I’ve been solving problems for businesses of every size. I’ve worked with global brands in finance, legal, pharma, and entertainment — building systems, improving operations, and making sure nothing stood in the way of growth.
But along the way, I realized something important: the people who need help the most aren’t the Fortune 500s. It’s the self-made business owners. The ones grinding 12-hour days, juggling everything themselves, and wondering why growth feels so hard.
So I shifted my focus. I took everything I’d learned working with big businesses and built frameworks for small ones — because you deserve access to the same clarity, visibility, trust, and systems the big guys rely on.
Why I do this
I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve started businesses from scratch, scaled them, and lived through the chaos of wearing too many hats. I’ve helped local owners go from “nobody knows we exist” to “we’re the obvious choice in our market.”
And I’ll be honest: I don’t just love business. I love people. Small businesses are the heart of a community — when they thrive, entire neighborhoods thrive with them. That’s why I’m proud to serve as the Innovation Partner for the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, helping create opportunities and support the business community right here at home.
My superpower
I’m known for taking the 10,000-foot view of a business — spotting the gaps and bottlenecks most people miss — then drilling down into tactical solutions that actually move the needle. No fluff. No jargon. Just clarity, action, and results.
Beyond business
When I’m not coaching or building strategies, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, or traveling to discover new cuisines. Cooking, like business, is about taking raw ingredients and turning them into something meaningful.
Your story is the one I want to hear.
A brief, no-obligation conversation about where your business is — and where it could go.
